Chuck Pagano (56) started his NFL coaching career as the secondary coach for the Cleveland Browns from 2001-2004. In 2005, he moved to the Oakland Raiders to fill the defensive backs position until 2006. He then went back to the NCAA for a brief stint as the University of North Carolina’s defensive coordinator for the 2007 season. Pagano returned to the NFL as the secondary coach for the Baltimore Ravens from 2008-10. In 2011, he was promoted to defensive coordinator.
Pagano was hired as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts in 2012. The Colts made three consecutive postseason appearances in his first three seasons, winning two AFC South titles. They were knocked out in the first round in 2012, the second round in 2013, and in the AFC Championship in 2014. He has a 49-31 regular season record overall prior to 2017. HCR: 2017
