Anthony Lynn (48) began his NFL coaching career in 2000 as the special teams assistant for the Denver Broncos. After three seasons, he was hired as the running backs coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars for the next two seasons. He spent 2005-06 as the running backs coach for the Dallas Cowboys, and the following two seasons at the same position for the Cleveland Browns. His longest stint with a team came with the New York Jets from 2009-14 as their running backs coach. In 2015 he was hired by the Buffalo Bills as their running backs coach and offensive coordinator.
After the firing of Rex Ryan, Lynn became the interim head coach for the Buffalo Bills. He only coached one game, which they lost. Lynn was hired as the head coach for the Los Angeles Chargers in 2017.
