Sean McVay, Los Angeles Rams
Sean McVay (32) started his NFL coaching career in 2008 as the coaching assistant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. A year later, he became the tight ends coach of the UFL team, the Florida Tuskers. He returned to the NFL as the assistant tight ends coach for the Washington Redskins and took over as tight ends coach from 2011-13. He was promoted to offensive coordinator in 2014 and served until 2016.
McVay was hired as head coach of the Los Angeles Rams in 2017 at the age of 30, making him the youngest NFL head coach in modern football history. In his first season he guided the Rams to an 11-6 record, a NFC West title, and a Wild Card Game appearance. He won AP Coach of the Year as a rookie head coach. HCR: 2017-2018
