Doug Pederson, Philadelphia Eagles

Doug Pederson (50) began his coaching career in the NFL in 2009 as the offensive quality control coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles. He stayed with the Eagles until 2013, shifting to quarterbacks coach in 2011. He was hired to be the offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013, and held the position until 2015.

Pederson returned to the Eagles to be their next head coach in 2016. In his second season, he guided the Eagles to a 13-3 record and won Super Bowl LII, defeating the New England Patriots. He is 23-12 lifetime as a head coach. HCR: 2017-2018
